The Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) is a collective of leaders committed to addressing the most pressing social issues of our time. MAP harnesses the talents of professionals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, all united by their ambition to accelerate social impact.
Founded in 2018 by John and Carrie Morgridge, MAP has evolved from the couple’s decades of impactful work in the social sector and over $130 million in contributions through the Morgridge Family Foundation (MFF). Their entrepreneurial spirit in philanthropy highlighted that true innovation requires a mixture of diverse perspectives, radical collaboration, and bold creativity. This foundational philosophy guides the selection of participants and the structure of all MAP programs.
While MAP is continually adapting to meet the needs of social sector leaders, it originally launched three flagship initiatives. Two of these programs, MAP Project48 and MAP Summit Grants, have now concluded their operations. Currently, MAP focuses on sustaining and expanding its ongoing initiatives to further its impact.
